The Noida Telugu Seva Samithi Trust (hereinafter called as NTSST) is managed by a Board of Trustees (hereinafter called as BOT) and Management Committee (hereinafter called as MC)

1. Board of Trustees: The BOT comprises of the authors / settlers of the trust and the life trustees. The number of trustees at any time shall not be less than 11 members

2. Management Committee: Consisting of the President, Vice President, General Secretary, and Treasurer, along with other members are expected to execute the decisions taken by the BOT.
